By accessing and using SolBuy Services ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

2.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Services and Transactions

3.1 Platform Role

SolBuy Services acts as an intermediary platform connecting service providers ("Sellers") with clients ("Buyers"). We do not directly provide the services listed on the Platform.

3.2 Service Listings

Sellers are responsible for:

• Accurate description of their services
• Delivering services as described
• Meeting agreed-upon timelines
• Maintaining professional communication
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

3.3 Payments and Fees

All transactions are subject to our platform fee of 5% of the service price. Sellers receive 95% of the agreed price after the service is completed and approved by the Buyer.

We support multiple payment methods including traditional fiat currencies through Stripe and cryptocurrency payments through Solana and other blockchain networks.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Scrape or collect data without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Engage in spam or unsolicited marketing

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content, features, and functionality are owned by SolBuy Services and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create and deliver through the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display and promote your services.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between Buyers and Sellers, we provide a mediation service to help resolve issues. Our decision in disputes is final and binding.

We reserve the right to refund Buyers or compensate Sellers at our discretion based on the circumstances of each case.

7. Limitation of Liability

SolBuy Services is not liable for:

• Quality, safety, or legality of services listed
• Accuracy of user-provided information
• Actions or omissions of users
• Losses due to cryptocurrency price fluctuations
• Technical issues or service interruptions
• Unauthorized access to user accounts

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended account inactivity
• Request from law enforcement

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
